: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ بَنَاتِ اَلاِبْنَةِ وَ جَدٍّ فَقَالَ "لِلْجَدِّ اَلسُّدُسُ وَ اَلْبَاقِي لِبَنَاتِ اَلاِبْنَةِ".

الْحَسَن ابن مَحْبُوب نے سَعْد ابن أَبِي خَلَف سے روایت کی، جو أَبُو الْحَسَن مُوسَى علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے بیٹی کی بیٹی اور دادا کے بارے میں پوچھا، تو انہوں نے فرمایا: "دادا کو ایک چھٹا حصہ ملتا ہے، اور باقی حصہ بیٹی کی بیٹیوں کا ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5628 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Sa'd ibn Abi Khalaf from Abu Al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) who said: I asked Imam (as) about the inheritance share of the daughters of a daughter and a grandfather. Imam (as) replied: "The grandfather receives one-sixth, and the remainder goes to the daughters of the daughter."
