أَبَوَيْنِ وَ جَدَّةٍ لِأُمٍّ قَالَ "لِلْأُمِّ اَلسُّدُسُ وَ لِلْجَدَّةِ اَلسُّدُسُ وَ مَا بَقِيَ وَ هُوَ اَلثُّلُثَانِ لِلْأَبِ".

5630 - یعقوب ابن یزید نے یحییٰ ابن المبارک سے روایت کی، وہ عبد اللہ ابن جبالہ سے، وہ ابو جمیلہ سے، وہ اسحاق ابن عمار سے، وہ ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے: دو والدین اور ایک دادی کے بارے میں فرمایا: "ماں کو سدس ملتا ہے، دادی کو سدس ملتا ہے، اور جو باقی رہتا ہے، جو دو تہائی ہے، وہ والد کا حصہ ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5630 - Yaqub ibn Yazid narrated from Yahya ibn Al-Mubarak from Abdullah ibn Jabalah from Abu Jamilah from Ishaq ibn Ammar from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding the case of a deceased person who left behind both parents and a maternal grandmother. Imam (as) said: "The mother receives one-sixth, the grandmother receives one-sixth, and the remainder, which is two-thirds, goes to the father."
