: "لِلْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ اَلْأُمِّ اَلثُّلُثُ مَعَ اَلْجَدِّ وَ هُوَ شَرِيكُ اَلْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ اَلْأَبِ".

ابان نے بُکیر اور الحلبی سے روایت کی، دونوں اماموں میں سے ایک، علیہم السلام، نے فرمایا: ماں کے بھائی بہنوں کو دادا کے ساتھ ایک تہائی حصہ ملتا ہے، اور دادا باپ کے بھائی بہنوں کے شریک ہوتا ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5633 - Aban narrated from Bukayr and Al-Halabi from one of the two Imams (peace be upon them) who said: "The maternal siblings are entitled to one-third of the inheritance along with the grandfather, and the grandfather shares the inheritance with the paternal siblings."
