اِمْرَأَةٍ وَ زَوْجِهَا سَقَطَ عَلَيْهِمَا بَيْتٌ قَالَ "تُوَرَّثُ اَلْمَرْأَةُ مِنَ اَلرَّجُلِ ثُمَّ يُوَرَّثُ اَلرَّجُلُ مِنَ اَلْمَرْأَةِ".

5657 - اور عَلِی ابن مہزیار نے فضالہ سے، فضالہ نے ابان سے، ابان نے الفضل ابن عبد الملک سے، الفضل ابن عبد الملک نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: ایک عورت اور اس کے شوہر کے بارے میں جن پر ایک مکان گر گیا، انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "عورت مرد سے وارث ہوتی ہے، پھر مرد عورت سے وارث ہوتا ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5657 - Ali ibn Mahziyar narrated from Fadalah, from Aban, from Al-Fadl ibn Abdul Malik, from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a woman and her husband upon whom a house collapsed. Imam (as) said: "The woman inherits from the man, and then the man inherits from the woman."
