: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ فِي مَرَضِهِ فَقَالَ "إِذَا دَخَلَ بِهَا فَمَاتَ فِي مَرَضِهِ وَرِثَتْهُ وَ إِنْ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا لَمْ تَرِثْهُ وَ نِكَاحُهُ بَاطِلٌ".

الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے ابو ولاد الحنّاط سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جو اپنی بیماری کے دوران شادی کر گیا۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "اگر اس نے اس کے ساتھ نکاح مکمل کیا اور پھر اپنی بیماری میں فوت ہو گیا تو وہ اس کی وارث ہے۔ لیکن اگر اس نے نکاح مکمل نہ کیا تو وہ اس کی وارث نہیں اور اس کا نکاح باطل ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5667 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abu Walad Al-Hannat, who said: I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who married during his illness. Imam (as) said: "If he consummated the marriage with her and then died during his illness, she inherits from him. However, if he did not consummate the marriage with her, she does not inherit from him, and the marriage is invalid."
