: "اِبْنُ اَلْمُلاَعَنَةِ تَرِثُهُ أُمُّهُ اَلثُّلُثَ وَ اَلْبَاقِي لِإِمَامِ اَلْمُسْلِمِينَ ".
اردو
الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے ابو ایوب سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبیدہ سے، جو ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: لعن شدہ بچے کا وارث اس کی ماں ہوتی ہے جو ایک تہائی حصہ حاصل کرتی ہے، اور باقی حصہ مسلمانوں کے امام کا ہوتا ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5693 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abu Ayyub, from Abu Ubaydah, from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), who said: "The child of mula'anah is inherited by his mother with one-third, and the remainder belongs to the Imam of the Muslims."
