: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلْمُسْلِمِ هَلْ يَرِثُ اَلْمُشْرِكَ فَقَالَ "نَعَمْ فَأَمَّا اَلْمُشْرِكُ فَلاَ يَرِثُ اَلْمُسْلِمَ ".

زرعہ نے سماعہ سے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے مسلمان کے بارے میں پوچھا: کیا وہ مشرک سے وارثت پاتا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: "ہاں۔ اور جہاں تک مشرک کا تعلق ہے، وہ مسلمان کا وارث نہیں ہوتا۔"
Translation
Hadith.5722 - Zurah narrated from Samaah from Abu Abdullah (as) who said: I asked Imam (as) whether a Muslim can inherit from a polytheist. Imam (as) replied: "Yes, but a polytheist does not inherit from a Muslim."
