معاویہ ابن وہب نے ابا عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے پوچھا: ایک مرد اور عورت کے ایک ہی گھر میں نماز پڑھنے کے بارے میں۔ تو انہوں نے فرمایا: “اگر ان کے درمیان ہاتھ کی لمبائی کا فاصلہ ہو تو وہ اپنے آپ الگ نماز پڑھ سکتی ہے اور وہ بھی الگ؛ اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔”

Translation

Hadith.746 - Muawiya ibn Wahb asked Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) about a man and a woman praying in the same room. Imam (as) said: "If there is a space of about a handspan (shibr) between them, She may pray beside him alone and he alone; there is no harm."
