هَا فَقَالَ «نَعَمْ لَيْسَ عَلَيْكُمُ اَلْمَسْأَلَةُ إِنَّ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ كَانَ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ اَلْخَوَارِجَ ضَيَّقُوا عَلَى أَنْفُسِهِمْ بِجَهَالَتِهِمْ إِنَّ اَلدِّينَ أَوْسَعُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ».

سلیمان ابن جعفر الجعفری نے صالح بندہ موسیٰ ابن جعفر علیہ السلام سے اس شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جو بازار آتا ہے اور ایک فر کی جُبہ خریدتا ہے، اور اسے معلوم نہیں ہوتا کہ وہ ذبیحہ حیوان سے ہے یا غیر ذبیحہ: کیا وہ اس میں نماز پڑھ سکتا ہے؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: "ہاں، تم پر تحقیق فرض نہیں ہے۔ درحقیقت، ابو جعفر علیہ السلام فرماتے تھے: 'بے شک خوارج نے اپنی جہالت کی وجہ سے اپنے آپ کو تنگ کر لیا؛ بے شک دین اس سے وسیع تر ہے۔'"
Translation
Hadith.791 - Suleiman ibn Jaafar al-Ja'fari asked the righteous servant Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) about a man who goes to the market and buys a fur garment without knowing if it is from a properly slaughtered (halal) animal or not. Can he pray in it? Imam (as) said: "Yes, you are not obligated to inquire about that. Abu Ja'far (as) used to say, 'The Khawarij (a group known for extreme practices) imposed restrictions upon themselves out of ignorance; indeed, religion is more accommodating than that.'".
