Muwatta Malik 1794
وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ سَائِبَةَ، مَوْلاَةٍ لِعَائِشَةَ . أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ الْجِنَّانِ الَّتِي فِي الْبُيُوتِ إِلاَّ ذَا الطُّفْيَتَيْنِ وَالأَبْتَرَ فَإِنَّهُمَا يَخْطِفَانِ الْبَصَرَ وَيَطْرَحَانِ مَا فِي بُطُونِ النِّسَاءِ .
اردو
سائبہ مولا سائبہ جو مولا تھے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ نے منع کیا ان سانپوں کے مارنے سے جو گھر میں ہوتے ہیں مگر ذی الطفیتین اور ابتر کو کہ وہ آنکھ کو اندھا کر دیتے ہیں اور حمل گرا دیتے ہیں ۔
Translation
Malik related to me from Nafi from Sa'iba, the female mawla of A'isha, that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade killing the snakes which were in the houses except those with two white stripes on their back and the short ones. They made one go blind and caused miscarriages in women
