Muwatta Malik 803
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ حُبِسَ دُونَ الْبَيْتِ بِمَرَضٍ فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَحِلُّ حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ .

عبداللہ بن عمر نے کہا جو شخص خانہ کعبہ نہ جا سکے بیماری کی وجہ سے تو اس کا احرام نہ کھلے گا یہاں تک کہ طواف کرے بیت اللہ اور سعی کرے صفا اور مروہ کے بیچ میں
Translation
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Salim ibn Abdullah that Abdullah ibn Umar said, "Some one who is detained by sickness before he has got to the House cannot leave ihram until he has done tawaf of the House and say between Safa and Marwa
