انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ جب نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پیتے تو تین سانس میں پیتے اور فرماتے: یہ خوب پیاس کو مارنے والا، ہاضم اور صحت بخش ہے ۔

Translation

Anas b.Malik said :when the prophet (ﷺ) drank, he used to breathe three times in the course of a drink and say : It is more whole some ,thrist-quenching and healthier
