Sunan Ibn Majah 2586
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هِشَامٍ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ فِي ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ " .

سعد رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ڈھال کی قیمت کے برابر میں چور کا ہاتھ کاٹا جائے گا ۔

It was narrated from Amir bin Sa'd, from this father, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:“The hand of the thief is to be cut off for the price of a shield
