اَلرَّجُلِ يُعْتِقُ جَارِيَتَهُ وَ يَقُولُ لَهَا عِتْقُكِ مَهْرُكِ ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا قَالَ «يَرْجِعُ نِصْفُهَا مَمْلُوكاً وَ يَسْتَسْعِيهَا فِي اَلنِّصْفِ اَلْآخَرِ».
