هَا إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْ لاَ فَقَالَ «تَجُوزُ اَلْهِبَةُ لِذَوِي اَلْقَرَابَةِ وَ اَلَّذِي يُثَابُ مِنْ هِبَتِهِ وَ يَرْجِعُ فِي غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ إِنْ شَاءَ ».
