: سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اِمْرَأَةٍ اِدَّعَتْ أَنَّهُ أُوصِيَ لَهَا فِي بَلَدٍ بِالثُّلُثِ وَ لَيْسَ لَهَا بَيِّنَةٌ قَالَ «تُصَدَّقُ فِي رُبُعِ مَا اِدَّعَتْ ».
