أُمِّ اَلْوَلَدِ إِذَا مَاتَ عَنْهَا مَوْلاَهَا وَ قَدْ أَوْصَى لَهَا قَالَ «تُعْتَقُ مِنَ اَلثُّلُثِ وَ لَهَا اَلْوَصِيَّةُ ».
