مُكَاتَبٍ تُوُفِّيَ وَ لَهُ مَالٌ قَالَ «يُحْسَبُ مِيرَاثُهُ عَلَى قَدْرِ مَا أُعْتِقَ مِنْهُ لِوَرَثَتِهِ وَ مَا لَمْ يُعْتَقْ مِنْهُ لِأَرْبَابِهِ اَلَّذِينَ كَاتَبُوهُ مِنْ مَالِهِ ».
