سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ : «اَلْأَذَانُ وَ اَلْإِقَامَةُ خَمْسَةٌ وَ ثَلاَثُونَ حَرْفاً فَعَدَّ ذَلِكَ بِيَدِهِ وَاحِداً وَاحِداً اَلْأَذَانَ ثَمَانِيَةَ عَشَرَ حَرْفاً وَ اَلْإِقَامَةَ سَبْعَةَ عَشَرَ حَرْفاً».
