ذَلِكَ اَلْمَوْضِعِ فَقَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ تُصِيبُهُ اَلشَّمْسُ وَ اَلرِّيحُ وَ كَانَ جَافّاً فَلاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ يُتَّخَذُ مَبَالاً».
