: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ صَلَّى وَ هُوَ مُسَافِرٌ فَأَتَمَّ اَلصَّلاَةَ قَالَ «إِنْ كَانَ فِي اَلْوَقْتِ فَلْيُعِدْ وَ إِنْ كَانَ اَلْوَقْتُ قَدْ مَضَى فَلاَ». وَ لاَ يُنَافِي هَذَا اَلْخَبَرَ مَا رَوَاهُ :
