اَلرَّجُلِ يُقْتَلُ فَيُوجَدُ رَأْسُهُ فِي قَبِيلَةٍ قَالَ «دِيَتُهُ عَلَى مَنْ وُجِدَ فِي قَبِيلَتِهِ صَدْرُهُ وَ يَدَاهُ وَ اَلصَّلاَةُ عَلَيْهِ ».
