: «لَيْسَ فِي اَلدَّيْنِ زَكَاةٌ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَكُونَ صَاحِبُ اَلدَّيْنِ هُوَ اَلَّذِي يُؤَخِّرُهُ فَإِذَا كَانَ لاَ يَقْدِرُ عَلَى أَخْذِهِ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى يَقْبِضَهُ ».
