: «مَنْ أَخَذَ مِنَ اَلزَّكَاةِ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ فِطْرَةٌ ». قَالَ وَ قَالَ اِبْنُ عَمَّارٍ إِنَّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ : «لاَ فِطْرَةَ عَلَى مَنْ أَخَذَ اَلزَّكَاةَ ».
