رَجُلٍ أَخْرَجَ فِطْرَتَهُ فَعَزَلَهَا حَتَّى يَجِدَ لَهَا أَهْلاً فَقَالَ «إِذَا أَخْرَجَهَا مِنْ ضَمَانِهِ فَقَدْ بَرِئَ وَ إِلاَّ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ لَهَا حَتَّى يُؤَدِّيَهَا إِلَى أَرْبَابِهَا».
