اَلصَّائِمُ بِالْخِيَارِ إِلَى زَوَالِ اَلشَّمْسِ قَالَ «إِنَّ ذَلِكَ فِي اَلْفَرِيضَةِ وَ أَمَّا اَلنَّافِلَةُ فَلَهُ أَنْ يُفْطِرَ أَيَّ وَقْتٍ شَاءَ إِلَى غُرُوبِ اَلشَّمْسِ ».
