: سَأَلْتُ أَخِي مُوسَى عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَخْرَجَ حَمَامَةً مِنْ حَمَامِ اَلْحَرَمِ إِلَى اَلْكُوفَةِ أَوْ غَيْرِهَا قَالَ «عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَرُدَّهَا فَإِنْ مَاتَتْ فَعَلَيْهِ ثَمَنُهَا يَتَصَدَّقُ بِهِ ».
