«سُبْحَانَ اَللَّهِ وَ أَنْتُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ » فَقَالُوا إِنَّمَا هُوَ صَيْدُ اَلْبَحْرِ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ «فَارْمُسُوهُ فِي اَلْمَاءِ إِذَنْ ». وَ اَلَّذِي يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّهُ يَلْزَمُهُ اَلْفِدَاءُ إِذَا أَكَلَهُ مَا رَوَاهُ :
