اَلشَّجَرَةِ يَقْلَعُهَا اَلرَّجُلُ فِي مَنْزِلِهِ فِي اَلْحَرَمِ فَقَالَ «إِنْ بَنَى اَلْمَنْزِلَ وَ اَلشَّجَرَةُ فِيهِ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَقْلَعَهَا وَ إِنْ كَانَتْ نَبَتَتْ فِي مَنْزِلِهِ وَ هُوَ لَهُ فَلْيَقْلَعْهَا».
