: «اَلْمُطَلَّقَةُ تَحُجُّ فِي عِدَّتِهَا». فَالْمُرَادُ بِهِ إِذَا كَانَ حَجُّهَا حَجَّةَ اَلْإِسْلاَمِ فَإِذَا كَانَ حَجُّهَا تَطَوُّعاً لاَ يَجُوزُ لَهَا أَنْ تَخْرُجَ فِي اَلْعِدَّةِ حَسَبَ مَا قَدَّمْنَاهُ يَدُلُّ عَلَى هَذَا مَا رَوَاهُ :
