: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ شَهَادَةِ اَلنِّسَاءِ فِي اَلرَّجْمِ فَقَالَ «إِذَا كَانَ ثَلاَثَةُ رِجَالٍ وَ اِمْرَأَتَانِ فَإِذَا كَانَ رَجُلاَنِ وَ أَرْبَعُ نِسْوَةٍ لَمْ تَجُزْ فِي اَلرَّجْمِ ».
