مَالِ اَلْيَتِيمِ قَالَ «اَلْعَامِلُ بِهِ ضَامِنٌ وَ لِلْيَتِيمِ اَلرِّبْحُ إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ لِلْعَامِلِ بِهِ مَالٌ » وَ قَالَ «إِنْ عَطِبَ أَدَّاهُ ».
