رَجُلٍ أَعْطَاهُ رَجُلٌ مَالاً لِيَقْسِمَهُ فِي اَلْمَسَاكِينِ وَ لَهُ عِيَالٌ مُحْتَاجُونَ أَ يُعْطِيهِمْ مِنْهُ مِنْ غَيْرِ أَنْ يَسْتَأْمِرَ صَاحِبَهُ قَالَ «نَعَمْ ».
