اَلرَّجُلِ يَبِيعُ اَلشَّيْ ءَ فَيَقُولُ اَلْمُشْتَرِي هُوَ بِكَذَا وَ كَذَا بِأَقَلَّ مِمَّا قَالَ اَلْبَائِعُ قَالَ «اَلْقَوْلُ قَوْلُ اَلْبَائِعِ مَعَ يَمِينِهِ إِذَا كَانَ اَلشَّيْ ءُ قَائِماً بِعَيْنِهِ ».
