: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلرَّهْنِ يَرْتَهِنُهُ اَلرَّجُلُ فِي سَلَفِهِ إِذَا أَسْلَفَ فِي طَعَامٍ أَوْ مَتَاعٍ أَوْ فِي حَيَوَانٍ فَقَالَ «لاَ بَأْسَ بِأَنْ تَسْتَوْثِقَ مِنْ مَالِكَ ».
