: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ بَيْعِ اَلْكَلَإِ وَ اَلْمَرَاعِي فَقَالَ «لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ قَدْ حَمَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ اَلنَّقِيعَ (1) لِخَيْلِ اَلْمُسْلِمِينَ » .
