: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَسْتَبْضِعُ اَلْمَالَ فَيَهْلِكُ أَوْ يُسْرَقُ أَ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ ضَمَانٌ قَالَ «لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ غُرْمٌ بَعْدَ أَنْ يَكُونَ اَلرَّجُلُ أَمِيناً».
