رَجُلٍ يُشَارِكُهُ اَلرَّجُلُ فِي اَلسِّلْعَةِ يَدُلُّ عَلَيْهَا قَالَ «إِنْ رَبِحَ فَلَهُ وَ إِنْ وُضِعَ فَعَلَيْهِ ».
