: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يُعْطِي اَلْمَالَ مُضَارَبَةً وَ يَنْهَى أَنْ يَخْرُجَ بِهِ فَيَخْرُجُ بِهِ قَالَ «يَضْمَنُ اَلْمَالَ وَ اَلرِّبْحُ بَيْنَهُمَا».
