اَلرَّجُلِ يُعْطِي اَلرَّجُلَ مَالاً مُضَارَبَةً فَيُخَالِفُ مَا شُرِطَ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ «هُوَ ضَامِنٌ وَ اَلرِّبْحُ بَيْنَهُمَا».
