اَلرَّجُلِ يَسْتَأْجِرُ اَلْأَرْضَ ثُمَّ يُؤَاجِرُهَا بِأَكْثَرَ مِمَّا اِسْتَأْجَرَهَا قَالَ «لاَ بَأْسَ إِنَّ هَذَا لَيْسَ كَالْحَانُوتِ وَ لاَ اَلْأَجِيرِ إِنَّ فَضْلَ اَلْأَجِيرِ وَ اَلْحَانُوتِ حَرَامٌ ».
