قَالَ أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : «اَلْأَجِيرُ اَلْمُشَارِكُ هُوَ ضَامِنٌ إِلاَّ مِنْ سَبُعٍ أَوْ غَرَقٍ أَوْ حَرَقٍ أَوْ لِصٍّ مُكَابِرٍ».
