رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ اِمْرَأَةً وَ لَمْ يُسَمِّ لَهَا مَهْراً فَمَاتَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا قَالَ «هِيَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ اَلْمُطَلَّقَةِ ».
