He also finds by analysis that “Robinson’s Prepared Barley Flour” contains only 5.13 per cent. of albuminoids, while the Health Food Company’s barley flour, retailing for less than one-eighth as much, contains 13.83 per cent., showing it to be nearly three times as rich in substantial nutriment. The flours and foods of the Health Food Company are nourishing in health and remedial in sickness.
