_Fifth_: All of the foregoing trustees are citizens of the United States, of full age, and residents of the State of New York. _Sixth_: The term for which said incorporated church is to exist is perpetual, from and after the date of its incorporation. _Seventh_: The said church is incorporated under Article 9, of the Religious Corporation Law of this State, and its seats and pews shall be forever free for the use and occupation, during public worship, of all persons choosing to occupy the same, and no rent, charge or exaction shall ever be made or demanded for such occupation or use.
