S. Schell for macadamizing the above newly graded section in Pass Creek Canyon, by the State Highway Commission, same to be a standard three course broken stone, water bound surface. This work was carried through in a very able manner on the part of the Contractor and completed November 16, 1918. This surfacing makes an all year road, of one of the worst pieces of road in the State. The entire cost of this work was paid by the State.
