الظّهَارُ لَا يَقَعُ إِلّا عَلَي الحِنثِ فَإِذَا حَنِثَ فَلَيسَ لَهُ أَن يُوَاقِعَهَا حَتّي يُكَفّرَ فَإِن جَهِلَ وَ فَعَلَ فَإِنّمَا عَلَيهِ كَفّارَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ
