قُلتُ لأِبَيِ جَعفَرٍ ع رَجُلٌ دَبّرَ مَملُوكَهُ ثُمّ يَحتَاجُ إِلَي الثّمَنِ قَالَ إِذَا احتَاجَ إِلَي الثّمَنِ فَهُوَ لَهُ يَبِيعُ إِن شَاءَ وَ إِن أَعتَقَ فَذَلِكَ مِنَ الثّلُثِ
