الرّجُلِ يُعتِقُ غُلَامَهُ أَو جَارِيَتَهُ عَن دُبُرٍ مِنهُ ثُمّ يَحتَاجُ إِلَي ثَمَنِهِ أَ يَبِيعُهُ فَقَالَ لَا إِلّا أَن يَشتَرِطَ عَلَي ألّذِي يَبِيعُهُ إِيّاهُ أَن يُعتِقَهُ عِندَ مَوتِهِ
