إِذَا قَالَ الرَّجُلُ لِأَمَتِهِ أُعْتِقُكِ وَ أَتَزَوَّجُكِ وَ أَجْعَلُ مَهْرَكِ عِتْقَكِ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Abdullah Bin Muhammad Al Hajjal, from Sa’alba, (It has been narrated) from Ubeyd Bin Zurara who heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘When the man says to his slave girl, ‘I emancipate you and marry you, and make your dower to be your emancipation’, so it is allowed’.
